She was super responsive to all my emails (even three weeks before the big move) and she and O’Brian took the time to come meet us and Max right when we moved. Zue and O’Brian are absolutely amazing! When we got our puppy she was only 12 weeks old. We were extremely nervous about leaving her all day. When we met with Zue and O’Brian they knew exactly what to say to keep us calm and showed us the most wonderful professionalism and care for our puppy. Both Zue and O’Brian leave an online journal after they come to your house. We always know how our puppy did after they leave her. Zue is extremely responsive to emails and is able to answer a lot of our questions we have about training a new puppy (even when we ask a million of them!) Both Zue and O’Brian even work on commands with her.
They taught her how to “give five” in just a few days!! We have absolutely no fears when we leave our house in the morning because we know that Zue and O’Brian will take good care of our puppy!

“Google only allowed me to give them 5 stars. But if I had to be honest their service, attention, and love for our family and our fur-baby is truly invaluable. We have been entrusting Zue and O’Brian with our cat Carrie for over 4 years now and consider them members of our family. The level of expertise and commitment they have is evident in the way they care for your furry babies. I know when they watch over Carrie that they love and care for her as if she were their own. One time when we were away our cat got a little sick and Zue and O’Brian went out of their way to make multiple visits to our house on the same day to make sure she was not alone and doing ok. I will always remember that because it further solidified to me that they are not just a business. To further prove their selflessness, during the pandemic while their business was being adversely affected, they offered free dog walks for the elderly population to ensure those at risk did not have to be outside. In short, they are the most good-hearted people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
If you and your pets are lucky enough to live in the areas they service, not only do they come highly recommended, they come pet approved too! Our Carrie always looks forward to spending time with her two favorite people!”
