Hello all!!

My name is Jasmine Richardson and I am so looking forward to meeting you all as well as your beautiful furry family members!

I was born in Newark, New Jersey, and would later relocate to Chatham, New Jersey at the age of 7.
My family and I remained in Chatham for 12 years, and relocated to Irvington, New Jersey once I was in my sophomore year of college at Howard University in Washington D.C.

I am now a mother of 2 (one 4 year old, and one 8 month old), and am working to balance motherhood, my studies (Art, Clinical Nutrition and Holistic Health), work, family, and myself.

If motherhood has taught me anything, it would be that I can take on a lot more than I thought I could, and am capable of things I couldn’t even imagine.

I apply a nurturing touch to any and everything I do.

I have been around pets all my life, but did not have my own until I was in the sixth grade.
Her name was Sadie, and was a shih tzu, best friend, and loyal companion through it all.
My dad surprised me one day after school when I came home to a little fluff ball just sitting in the living room.
She was shy, skeptical, but one sniff, and a few rubs later, we were linked for life! Sadie was family and is someone I miss very dearly.

Unfortunately she passed away last year, leaving a major hole in the fabric of our family.
Things have not been the same, but I know she is always near and in a place of no more pain. The love, care, time, and effort I showed Sadie is embedded within me and I so miss being able to share that with my companion.

Currently I do not have a pet, so all of that energy, love, time and care that is still inside me will be dedicated to my new furry companions that I have the pleasure to work with.

I am so excited to meet you all, and cannot wait to walk this journey together (literally).
Take care, and thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me.

– Jasmine 🙂
